Guild Wars 2

I know a while back before some of the new skins medium armor on charr was kinda meh. Just curious now if anyone has any pics of there medium armor setup for charr

I just created a Charr ranger to test out some racial abilities and got distracted with a little bit of Fashion Wars 2. This is what I came up with:

I think it looks pretty cool.

I do not have any screen shots right now of what I have my medium armored charr wearing but you can preview it if you’d like in the wardrobe in game.

Helmet: Gunner
Shoulders: Tier 3
Chestpiece: Tier 2
Legpiece: Tier 3
Gloves: Krytan (Gem Store)
Boots: Krytan (Gemstore)

Here’s my ranger, It has been a long way to have this toon like this >.<

I run a full set of T3 cultural with the Deathly Avian Shoulders for one of my armor sets, and the full Viper armor set for the other.

The cultural bone theme fits well for a Ranger, and being cultural it of course fits the tail and everything well. I’m particularly fond of the metal piece on the tail. I picked the Avian shoulders instead of the normal T3 cultural shoulders because they’re less huge and floaty and still fit the bone theme, though there is a small amount of clipping between the shoulders and the gloves in certain poses. Plus, said shoulders were pretty much the first “expensive” item I ever bought so I’m rather attached to them :o

As for the Viper set… I really like it because it actually looks like armor. So many of the medium sets look so flimsy and unprotective, so the Viper set is a nice change from that. I also think it just fits a Charr Ranger really well since its got a military uniform type vibe to it as well as the snake theme. And no tail clipping (well, very little) is of course a bonus.
