Cleric Ranger
Generally, the majority mindset for pve is that if it’s a tough fight, it’s better to kill stuff faster than spend more time on the fight by duking it out longer, so rangers with healing stats are subpar as far as “viability” (at least as defined by the general populace) goes in dungeoning. A single guardian can buff a whole party withs tons of might, do more dps than ranger, give more boons more often, and on top of it all they have a passive healing trait that helps the dungeon party on top of whatever regen is applied). In that respect, if a dungeon party is looking for a healer, they’ll almost always grab the guardian first.
So no, I really don’t suggest getting a healing build for pve. Healing stats work great for s/tPvP, roaming, and small-group fighting in WvW though.

Still running my old RRR build because why not
For (s)PvP:
Sure, knock yourself out. It’s a pretty strong point holder with the right traits/utils and weapons.
For WvW:
Send pet→pet dies→run away. You’ll be able to survive running away though!
For PvE:
Definetly not! There is absolutely no reason what so ever to use clerics on any class in dungeons.
For blobbing (both PvE and WvW):
Whatever, here you can basically run whatever you want…Put on full carrion gear and use power weapons, bear, full signets without trait and 14/14/14/14/14…it doesn’t matter…
Aww ok I see. Thanks a lot. I run every class except ele but wanted to see if that worked to use my ranger a little more cuz even though guard is my main, this was my first character. But thanks a lot for all the input

That would just mean being a rallybot though.
I ran full zerk in the zerg during season 1 because I’m a filthy PvE casual carebear, and I never had any problems…
