Why do pet attacks not show up in the combat log? It would be awfully convenient if they did.

Especially since my pet does most of my damage.

Would be nice.

I’m actually curious how much damage a pet can pump out with proper traits, team buffs and then your buffs on top. I think I’ve seen my bird crit on its opening strike + attack of opportunity + my hunter’s shot + signet of the wild for about 6k x2. I have to sort of rely on adding up the attacks I see to know if they are working but I do know, most of my pets outdamage me hit-for-hit (doing 900-2k x2 while I can usually hit for 800-1.5k damage across auto-attacks) but then I usually hit more often and in an AoE at times.

From my guess without combat logs, I’d say I’m probably in the ballpark of my Hammer Warrior who wears Knights gear. Of course, I’m wearing Knights too on my Ranger but it feels far more tanky. I can’t tell one way or the other though.

i see my lightning drake hit for around 8-9k total with his breath attack and the tail swipe does up to 3k sometimes, the birds are real hard hitters, raven with pets prowess ive seen double hit 7k+7k followed by a 4k hit using Sic em
