You can clearly see that ANet want all suggestions to converge into that forum rather than to be spread out over all sub-forums.
Also, the bug forum is very actively watched by ANet, it would be a shame for a bug to go unnoticed because it was posted in a subforum. It’s probably at least as useful to send a bug report in-game by typing /bug.
Well, the OP is right from the perspective that if you want ArenaNet to read what you write, it should not ever be posted in the Ranger forum.

Ursan, I stand corrected. I should have said that if you want something read and a meaningful response from ArenaNet, there is no use in posting on the Ranger forums.
I’ve read his post. I would like him to explain what Rangers are supposed to do to make up for the changes to Guard that caused us to lose substantial DPS in Keep/Tower defense. I could go on and on, but in your case, your agenda would blind you to it and in the case of ArenaNet, it would just be a bitter waste of my time.
But, I adamantly stand by my earlier claim that since Jon Peter’s post about Rangers being most in need of improvement that we’ve received more NERFS than BUFFS (discounting our swimming). I challenge anyone to disprove that statement.

You’re not a mod, and you’re telling people to do things in the forums….just kinda makes you look like a tool man.
This is the ranger forum, to discuss ranger things. So if it has to do with rangers, discuss away!
It’s advice, not a rule.
The suggestions forum sticky is clearly asking for it and the bugs forum has red topics all over it, proving Anet is more closely watching it than the subforums.
TBH. It’s not a bad thing for someone to say.
What is the point of this. I don’t think he’s trying to force you not to talk about things. It’s more if you just post bugs here, nothing will be done. IF we want our bugs fixed, make sure you post in the bugs forum too.
And who are you to tell us what we have to do?
Anything related to ranger goes here, wether into the bug section that doesn’t get read anyway, like this subforum, or here is up to us.
