Did the LL nerf affect AF gen much?
Tbh I’m not sure if it even contributes to the generation.

Not reaaaaally. I assume it helped a bit (1 extra heal tick every 3s aint exactly nothing) when camping Staff, but I didn’t even test if it added to AF gen. Doesn’t feel much different now that it’s gone though.

Well, one tick from the pet and one from yourself every 3s would be pretty easy to do, the more from each ally affected. Its not a global CD, its per ally. So in WvW, it could be massive.

Title. I would have thought the massive CD increase would have reduced the AF generation available to Druid significantly, but I have not seen it mentioned anywhere since it happened.
It hurt me pretty significantly, as a non-Staff user. It combo-ed great with traited Glyphs, which are my primary source of CAF generation since I don’t use Troll Unguent. I can’t say how much slower my CAF generation is for sure, but it feels about 1/3 slower to twice as slow when playing solo (generally skirmisher melee, proccing Lingering Light on my pet and myself). Considering each traited Seed of Life could give up to 5 people Lingering Light, I probably lose even more in organized fights.

I had been intending on using it in a CC heavy dual melee Druid build, triggering it with the Water sigil and Glyphs on both myself and pets (hyenas), using ogre runes too, but now it just seems pointless. Oh well, back to the drawing board.
