Are these birds just a whatever skin you happen to like best? From the wiki and the ranger pet guide thing, they both do the exact same thing and have the same f2 ability. Is there something I am not seeing between them?

IF i recall correctly at one time the eagle and hawk shared a F2 cool down just like the any other re skinned pet
