Is there an option that will allow me to “turn off” my pet? I know I can hide him but he pops right back out when I enter combat or fall from any height that causes damage. I have run into a few places that I just need him to go away and not come back until I tell him to.

Examples: even on peace he aggros in dungeons, he gets in my way in jumping puzzles, and when I am trying to get turned into a chicken for an achievement he gets hit with the potion the skrit throws.

Don’t get me wrong I really like my pets I wouldn’t be a ranger if I didn’t but sometimes I need to shove them in a box.

If you get into combat he goes out again.

The easiest way to implement this would to have a blank option on the pet selection screen.

They remind me of the real pets we all have at. You know get weekend alone with your wife hope into bed things start getting hot and suddenly who pops out (the pet) Then hops up into bed because he now thinks it must be bed. Starts kitten blocking by laying in the middle right between and wanting to join in with the kissing . F&N hate pets they seem to pop up at the worst times.
