Its not about power or condi its about the hits. Condi ticks wont build AF, but i think trap ticks or bonfire ticks for example do build AF.

Yes, it will, but it will still take 70 straight seconds of AAing to fill the bar.

0.75% per strike = 130 strikes to fill. SB has one attack per 0.54s, so 0.54 * 130 = 70.2s

if you got enemies stacked up you can splitblade or poison volley them for 5x(enemies) strikes.

For condi build axe/torch will be strong AFG.

Ricochet/Splitblade/Bonfire.

Essentially Avatar State in 1v1s is nearly impossible to get, in large scale environments you have more than you can use.

It really should be based off the damage/healing quality rather than quantity.

And OFC TU. Lots of condi builds use it anyway.
