Yes. Fun fact, the ranger spirits all have the ability to proc burning from the sun spirit with their actives and it scales off of the ranger’s condition damage.

It’s not strong, and you can’t even control which allies get your spirits’ buffs. Buffs prioritize players over minions anyway, so unless you’re with fewer than 4 other people, none of the minions you summon will get any sort of buff from your spirits.
