Putting together a healing build for a druid and trying to pick between these two:

Cultivated Synergy
Using a healing skill heals allies around you and your pet.

Healing Healing: 1,000 (0.2)?
Miscellaneous effect.png Number of Allied Targets: 5
Radius.png Radius: 300

Primal Echoes
Reduces recharge of staff skills. Daze nearby foes when you swap to staff.

Unable to activate skills; stacks duration.[sic] Daze: 1s
Miscellaneous effect.png Number of Targets: 5
Recharge Recharge Reduced: 20%
Radius.png Radius: 240
Miscellaneous effect.png Combat Only

Any thoughts? My instinct tells me Primal Echoes 20% reduction is likely to pay off more than a ‘bonus heal’ on my ‘6’ skill. But I could be wrong.

If I’m fighting at range and my pet is closer to the boss, CS will allow my heals to reach allies close to me and those close to my pet. Using that with TU and such can help regen energy for Celestial form.

The daze is only really useful if you want another way to trigger of Ancient Seeds imo.

For raids, a lot of damage is done very quickly a lot of the time (e.g. for the gorseval breakbar phase) so I find that Cultivated synergy is a bit better simply because it gives you another burst heal while outside of CAF.

I can definitely see Primal echos being decent though, since staff 5 + 3 is a good burst heal in itself as well!
