1st of all, I’d like to ask why would you go dagger.
2nd, I don’t really know the exact numbers – but I’d advise you to wait for 26th for balance update. Some of our DPS numbers are going up and we’ll welcome some changes for Shouts – Sick’Em included. And Sick’Em still has a place in the eternal alc… In the PvE meta I mean.
Remorseless GS is one of the most potential ranger DPS builds there currently are for raids.
Frost Spotter is one of the ways to go, of course. But with all the Fury pulsing from Revenants – S+A/GS is the build for DPS.
But one way or another, sacrificing GotL for personal DPS is a waste in my opinion. And if you are about to stay in Astral Form for whole 15 seconds with a CD of 10 … No one cares about your personal DPS.

Clarion Bond > Emlargement
Sun Spirit > Glyph of Alignment

Why not Sharpened Edges? Even in a non condi build it is a small dmg increase, especially for the pets (both cats and bristleback have 1k condi dmg).

Not if you trade it for permanent AoE regeneration from Healing Spring that Allows you to enter Astral Force on cooldown – distribute full 5 stacks of GotL from #4.
That’s technically 15% damage increase for 5 people for 8 seconds every 13 seconds.
That’s something that you won’t beat with Sharpened Edges.
