Druid Healer build
I’m not sure of the need for much dps, your current build will be about the same as full clerics. Also GS dps is pretty bad when compared to a sword and by taking the sword you get access to warhorn which has some additional boons.
You took a shouts trait in BM adept, but have no shouts? I was doing the math and healing spring is a much better heal than the glyph. Same base amount, 4.8k to party (6.5k with full healing power) but is also a 10s water field. If your party blast it = lots of extra healing. You have 2 blasts for it (warhorn 5 and staff 3).
Sigil of renewal and water are solid choices imo. Personally I’d take skirmishing as you can give your allies spotter and take trap trait to make healing spring quicker. The other trait line I like is NM 2, 3, 1. I also would try and take frost spirit and or the burning spirit as those 2 are dps boosts for your party.
Finally, the best nourishment for healing is furious tuning crystal (get the recipe now, it’s cheap) as it provides 100 healing power.
I honestly think 1 healer will be able to keep up 8/9 dps classes (I say 8/9 because 1 is likely to be slightly tanky spec’d). Hence the loss of dps from druid is offset by the fact he let’s 9 high damage peeps do damage.
If you watch the first Vale kill vid, the druid basically healed the whole fight (he was in full clerics) and nobody was downed. Compare that to the LoD vale kill where even the druid (full zerker) went down and they had to res each other 4-5 times and only just killed him (half their team was downed – not dead).

Yeah didn’t see i kept the shout trait that was a mistake. I went right off my notes from the little I could play during the BWE and I was taking “Strength of the Pack” while solo playing. I am debating if I want to take that or the spirit.
Also, from what I have played of ranger which is a little more than most of my other classes, the spirits go down really fast and there is a lot of aoe damage in the raids which will cause them to be useless which was why I was debating about the shout or the spirit elite. If the glyph elite was better it wouldn’t matter I would just go for it, but it’s not great and misses a lot of the tethering.
Healing spring, I do see your reasoning and will play with it when HoT launches, but I have never been a fan of it and my liking of the skill went way down after it needed to be triggered.
I didn’t see the healing crystal stat buff when I was throwing this together. Thanks

Final thoughts: The heal really depends on if they increase the radius of the glyph or not as well as a few other matters. As a personal heal when in the gear set i was in, it was 2k less heals than I would have gotten in “We Heal as One”
Reason for Quickening Zypher it increases the speed of your going damage or in this case healing allowing for a fast spike heal over having the Frost Spirit.
Also in Skrimishing, unless they fix having to camp staff, swapping weapons isn’t going to be useful. The auto chain attack on sword is also more difficult to break out of. Which is one of the few reasons I don’t always run it. I do have bolt… and I will see what happens come launch since I don’t think we are getting another BWE for druids
