Not seeing much Druid Healing vids. Please post some here if you got any. Id like to start figuring out how I might build mine or where I might be able to use one.

I will start, this is my first “fight” @ RedRock Bastion in silverwastes. Nothing spectacular and I’m still full Rampager gear atm. The dmg is super low camping staff too long and not having any dmging utilities going. Unfortunetly I have not unlocked ancient seeds yet.

I will try staff, axe/torch and pickup some traps next so I can still deal some dmg while in staff / CF.

I will see if I can get some footage together and put up over the next week.
I spent this last weekend setting myself up and practicing healing.
Digging a heal-specced Druid so far.
Can’t wait to see how it performs in certain situations.

I had people challenging me to go do spvp to “prove my worth” to speak on the forums. At first I was like, but ive never really done spvp only wvw roaming. But atm the way pve druid is gated, spvp is the only place I can try it. So after playing around and smacking my head against the wall on blowout matches (thankgod I can volunteer bonus !) or my team mates quiting left and right I decided to try solo que instead of hot join. The difference is HUGE. People actually stay and fight.

I lost my first one @ like 200 lols. But I havnt lost a game in the last 4 runs. Its crazy fun ! One match we got accused of premade? Not sure how it works but whatever.

I will upload a couple of the matches that felt fun to me trying to learn what some of these things are. Door breakers? sure I just spam those ;-)

It wasn’t like that Justine, it was asking you to “prove Druids worth”, or more specifically, the AF generation for non staff or TU builds.

ps. Give Oakheart Salve a shot in PvP, I know you like Soften the Fall for roaming, but with that build, 900 healing power and all the condi in PvP, its pretty handy. Also a lack of places to take falling damage.

I wish the spvp amulets had more choices. Settlers sucks cause 1200 thoughness is ridiculous. Although, not fearing a1v2 on a node is awesome !

Yeah, I would much prefer 600 toughness and 600 vitality on that one.

Many video recorders exist, do a search. Bandicam, Fraps, Nvidia Shadowplay etc

I cheat and use shadow play. It is always “watching” and storing the last X minutes (can set up to 20max) and only back saves those x minutes if you use a hotkey.

I had to move mine from 5min for wvw roaming to 10min for spvp.

But this is for NVidia cards I think think. I don’t know about other recording programs.

Chose this clip for its short duration (uploading time) and it puts build upto a small variety of play.

I like the build, stealth with the staff mobility is cool. Have you considered using celestial amulet with it for more crit chance and perhaps a Strength sigil on the staff? I hate never critting

Healing is faceroll, you can sustain alot of people on point and if you rotate cds properly you can sustain 1v3 forever. Not alot of depth to class, permadodge for perma prot and heal kitten a lot.
