Ok, so I’ve been doing a lot of research on what is the best build for PvE/Raids Full Healing/Support Druids, and I’ve gotten so many answers on what gear you need in raids and here is what I’ve got so far.

-Magi : Usual full heal build I assume, but everyone is saying It has little to no DPS and that enrage timers on raids are a problem.

-Clerics : I’ve heard bad things about this stat and how it makes you take away from the tank and it just cripples the group as a whole, I need more explanation for why people are still running this even though I’ve heard so many bad things about it, Also low DPS.

-Zerks : Obviously full damage, although I would like to be more support-y then just going like a power Druid or something.

-Zealots : This is the one that I’ve gotten the most positive comments about, and how it covers healing and DPS at the same time. Although I have heard that it’s an extra 130g to craft ascended for and I’m not rich. I have about 100g at the moment and I’m not even sure how much ascended gear costs to craft, I would love for someone to enlighten me about that. I would appreciate it.

All together I am leaning towards magi, since it doesn’t have any raid problems other then not having DPS, and is very cost efficient. Although I want to hear any opinions and any other builds you guys have to help me with this. Thanks!

If you’re looking for a stable group – they should be the one giving you the verdict.

You summarized it decently and you are right about … well, technically almost everything. But the problem is that every single group needs something different.

Some groups need some healing, others don’t need you to heal at all and full ham DPS is their goal… And that’s something we can’t really help you with, we can just guess what will work for you.

Zealot is something that people like to have in squad but I personally think you were never taken into the raid for personal DPS anyway. You should be fine with Magi.

If you are experienced with Ranger, then you just might go Berserker with healing sigils and runes. That one works, too. Berserker has never yet been seen as a threat (even though might not be optimal for some groups, depending on composition).

^ Pretty much what Positive said. Personally, I crafted myself Zealot armor/weapons (I have a watchwork sprocket node in my home instance and as well as the unlimited mining pick, so I had a large stockpile of them to begin with, though).

However, depending on the group, I swap between Berzerker and Magi amulet/rings/trinkets. That seems to equate to a healthy balance for me.

So I guess first off I need to find a dedicated group haha, but that still throws up the option of how I craft ascended zealot, magi, etc. armor and how much that would cost. I have master leatherwork already.

Also, you can complete the ley stone armor collection fairly easily for an ascended armor chest (use it for your coat, as that’s the most expensive piece)
