Guild Wars 2

Druid is really fun and diverse right now. In WvW, I can run condi longbow and effectively 1vX or XvX. I think Druid’s current diversity is a great benchmark to bring the rest of the classes in the game towards. I frequently run with two other druids, and we all run completely different specs that are all very strong.
This thread is my appreciation for the current iteration of druid. It is really fun and rewarding to play, which is the most important part of any class.

Yeah dude! Druid rekindled my love for GW2. It’s pretty much the only class I play in all aspects of the game anymore. Now if I could only find a training raid guild to get my feet wet in that content.

Bleed on crit sigil, bleed from sharpening stone, bleed from behind or side on crit trait, geomancy sigil, ancient seeds, mad king runes…
I can put out 20 bleed and an immob nearly instantly. I’ve stacked up to 40 on tower lords before. I also have 1.9k power and 70% crit chance before fury, so I do decent mixed damage.
It’s very strong once you get hang of it.

You can say the same thing about every profession every elite spec is better than the base.

I myself play base ranger quite often but, either shouts or wilderness survival with either trooper or leadership runes.
it still sucks against condi classes (memsers, Condi wars, burn guards and necrosis) and anything bigger than 2v2.
However it’s real Good against power builds unless they’re half bunker. (Aka eles and Druids with high toughness and healing)

If anet tweaked sig of renewal a bit I’d probably will only play base ranger

I never really thought condi ranger till well, yeah it is fun! And good! Not that it wasn’t before but seems to be really prevalent now
