I made a full healing gear for my druid, but i have always had the feeling that the autoattack is basically completely worthless in terms of healing.
This assumption became factual reality when i logged onto my ele and saw that it heals 3-4 times more on 5 targets (splash) WITHOUT any healing gear.

Druid has more healing skills, fine, but the overall healing it pulls seems still way too low.
Any skills with an actual meaning on the char last barely a few seconds, especially the barrier which was basically the selling point of the class.

At first i thought druid is going to be my main. Now im just disappointed.

Not what I’m seeing from my guild’s druids. Having one is a definite boon to the party.

Ele in full nomad does 1200 ticks with the water auto and 300 ticks of soothing mist.

What can’t an ele do?

Druid in full cleric’s heals its tail off.

My wife mentioned this to me during Halloween as well: that her water elementalist was out-healing her druid overall.

Glad you mentioned this because I wondered if she was off her rocker. But she was a squishy as you can get, so maybe that’s the trade-off. Don’t know, but yeah . . . it bothered me that her elementalist appeared to heal more overall and more consistently.

AFAIK, the druid wasn’t made for healing over time, which ele might have if they camp water. It was made for intense burst healing, which is certainly has.
