It seems like condition dmg doesnt affect bleeds inflicted by this elite skill. Is that how it’s supposed to work?

Might be related to the bug that Entangle isn’t affected by the trait that reduces the cooldown of survival abilities by 20%.

entangle is a pet i guess with its own stats because it’s also unaffected by condition dmg
