How does the mechanic work?
Does it help the ranger or his pet?
Why does the benefit not show up if it does?

In combat it gives the ranger, pet, and up to 4 allies +150 precision. It’s aoe and is a profession specific ~5% DPS buff to the party. I hope that helps.
