Guild Wars 2

I saw a post stating frost spirit was nerfed so the proc actually has cooldown. Then a dev posted saying it was a bug. I wanted to dungeon with ranger today and just curious if the spirit was fixed yet? Can anyone confirm?

They hotfixed it. It should work as intended again and they fixed the skill info to reflect that it has no internal cooldown.
