Guild Wars 2

So I’ve had this happen a few times before, but didn’t really care since either the conditions applied such as bleeding and poison etc, or my pet would kill the mob.

Yet today I was barely able to kill anything? I don’t know if it was just me, but every time I attacked something it started to say Glancing. I assume Glancing is my arrow is hitting the target, but not doing full damage (and only targets which would mostly likely have armour or something)? but from what I noticed was the arrow didn’t do any damage… only the conditions did, and it happened everywhere in PvE?

Can anyone clear this up to either I have assumed Glancing to mean something its not? (if that’s the case some enemy cannot be defeated by a bow and arrow?) or I just had an unlucky day? (This has only happened today this badly, I thought at first I might be a glitch or something but was wondering if anyone else had this problem)

Yea, also happens if you are weakened. Sucks getting that in pvp and having your biggest hit glance.
