After the 22nd update Two-Handed Training actually seems to be deducting 5% damage from Maul, rather than adding it.

All the other skills seem to be functioning properly but just something to keep in mind if you are itching to try out the new Hilt Bash in pvp.

Test it with other skills. The trait buffs more than just maul

I’m not experiencing that at all. However, there was a bug introduced from the final balance patch last year that dropped Mauls’ tool-tip damage by roughly 5% that was never fixed.

Haven’t been able to get 3.4k or above without Two-Handed Training on the setup I was testing this on.

More then likely just the old tooltip bug Wondrouswall talked about that was never fixed.
