Conditions are considered damage and the tooltip says it increases outgoing damage by 10%. Why doesn’t it affect condition damage then?

Have you tested this?

If it affects damage it will specify that it affects condition damage.

Yes in Heart of the Mist. Using axe Splitblade with and without the Glyph active the bleed damage is the same.

Just like GotT. If it affects condi damage it will say so.

Interesting. I believe Irenio stated during the twitchcon reveal that this would effect both flat and condi damage.

ANet said plenty of things but as far as the ability goes, this currently works as intended.

All abilities affecting condition damage specifically state they do so.
