Guild Wars 2

Hallo guys , i am still new in GW2,looking for some help to build my ranger with
Power, Percision , Condition Damage

i build my trait into 6 5 3 0 0
I X XIII
IV X
VI

and btw the trait pic is my last build before i build a new one like i said up here with 6 5 3 0 0

so here is the problem , i want to build ranger with high burst of DPS and still confuse is my build wrong or not hehe
I use Superior Runes of the Pack , but i think change to Superior Runes of The Ranger is much more better but i need you guys suggestion for my decision hehe
