Hey everyone, i need two builds, one for PVE and one for WVW/PVP

I was grinding a little to get 4 ghastly weapons for the new weapon sets i want to use:
Axe/Dagger + Sword/Torch

And i need a build that focuses zerker/soldier stats with those weapons for PVE and WVW/PVP

I tried using my own build but i feel it doesn’t go well.

PvE builds along the line of 6-5-0-5-0 or 6-6-0-4-0 or around those traits are generally considered meta for pve. I use Sword/ Axe + Warhorn, you don’t need a second sword for your weapon swap so don’t spend time to get one.

For WvW a regen ranger always works well, or you could zerg surf in a 6-6-2-0-0 longbow build, and if you’re interested after the ranger patch 6-6-2-0-0 will be very effective if you position well. Axe/Dagger and Sword/Torch works well in celestial builds too, but since that gear is expensive I suggest you try carrion to start with, and remember Parrot runes go well with most ranger builds.

Can you recommend me the traits i should take because i’m not sure.
About the carrion, i’m pretty tired of playing condition ranger and i prefer to deal a better dps.

You don’t really need to 10% damage boost, I would personally put 4 in beastmaster. You use survival of the fittest which is fine but generally more suited to a build that kills things quickly. Maybe try 2-0-6-0-6 or 4-0-6-04 in a more tanky setup for conditions.

EDIT: The rest of your traits seem fine tbh, but maybe switch nature magic 4 to evasive purity.

When playing an hybrid fruy and might uptime are importent to fill out for missing stats. moreover, you’r not as tanky as condi build and you lack the regen support so you must make good uses of your evades(sigils of energy). the sharpening stone is your filler utility, you can change for sice’m vs thives or SoR vs condi builds. switching RaO for entangle is also an option vs mesmer or if you just feel like it.
the build is best for roaming and open world pve, you can make some twiks and will be vaiable in doungeos and zerg wvw as well(and changing pets to drakes and heal to HS etc..). The coolest thing about the build is the opportunity to use the “poison master” trait. The upcoming patch will make the build even beter with your axe AA might stacking.
