It looks like Rampage as One and Heal as One aren’t becoming shouts and Troll Unguent isn’t becoming a survival skill.

There is no mention of it for Ranger. However, they are mentioned for Thief and Mesmer (“This ability is now classified as…”).

OMG… After all the hassles and hype they decide not to improve any of ranger’s healing skills? So many other classes Elite and heal are changed to something that synergize with traits.. I have a feeling the one in charge with Ranger’s and Warrior’s balance are super lazy, while people who’re in charge with the other classes go all the way and remake all these traits/skills and stuffs…

Honestly, if that is the case, I’d probably just never play again out of spite. I had been planning on buying a new Laptop when I got back home and spending a few hundred bucks on gems, but that would kill the game for me tbh.

Well, they reworked Med kit for Engi completely, and give Mesmer numerous cleanse and reflect option. Also they give Warrior free cleanse from Brawler Defense. Don’t know why Anet can’t let TU has cleansing too.

To all honesty, the people who’re in charge of ranger’s balance seems to be very reserved on giving ranger nice thing, while the other profession’s balance team go all wild and just gives lots of stuffs. Ironically, ranger is currently the worst class in high-end PVP proven by ToL3, seriously can’t understand why they can’t just go wild and start giving nice things to ranger.

I share the sentiment if TU, RaO, and HaO weren’t going to have a category. It’s a complete 180 on their part. I’m hoping this was just an oversight as well.

I noticed this too, I hope they overlooked it because it was one of the changes I was most looking forward to. If these changes don’t make the cut I’m going to be a very sad ranger.

Another thing I noticed was absolutely no mention of a range increase on offhand skills to compensate for losing Offhand Training. Offhand axe doesn’t even appear to have a cool down reduction trait.

Dagger without the extra range is dead to me.

I also noticed the Axe recharge rate was removed on this iteration of patch notes for Honed Axes. If so, was there a reason the 20% reduced CD would be left out when all other weapons in every profession have some sort of recharge implemented?

Again, I hope most of the details presented during the AMA Livestream that were absent in the recent update changes were oversights.

That… off-hand range was so good with the dagger… without it its just so bad

Guys… Look at the radius from Call of the Wild. 750 is what warhorn is now when traited with off-hand training, the same number an untraited version had during the AMA livestream, which means they’re aware of it. If they’re just sticking with the current base range/radius numbers, that’s what they intended to do – which sucks, but at this point I’m not even a tiny bit surprised. They obviously enjoy screwing us over.

these are likely oversights not listed in notes yet. it’s been said over and over again that TU will become survival, and HaO/RaO shouts. I theorycrafted around this so they better not screw me over.

btw there’s also no mention of HS going into traps. so they just skipped this description altogether.

sqeewwww Blast finisher without having to use the Psyhical warhorn ! that is going to be sweet, even with a warhorn Equip it will likely not share cooldowns like our current traited Signet of the wild .

Horn skill5 > pet swap traited horn skill 5 > pet tailswipe blast 3 blasts in a row , last one being slightly delayed for cast time. warhorn users be a happy.

a pitty they didn’t add Blind to call of the hunt.(warhorn skill 4)
