Resounding Timbre
Shouts apply regeneration and swiftness to allies.
Reduces recharge on shouts by 20%.
Shouts become instant cast

This change would only affects Guard, but if baseline Guard won’t have its cast time removed, then the traited one certainly should.

Nevermind. In HoT Heal as One and Rampage as One will be shouts as well.

Guard really needs its cast time removed through. Maybe Rampage as One as well, but not Heal as One.

Yeah, “Guard!” needs to have the cast time removed. Or, at the very least, change the animation to that ΒΌ second hand gesture that Necros use to place Wells. At least then it could appear as though we are directing our pet to go to the targeted location and isn’t 1 full second.

guard basically needs to be baseline for all pets in the pet UI.

in general, shout effects need to matter. +dmg on a pet that cant hit a target effectively is near-useless, for example. Resounding Timbre does make shouts a little bit more appealing especially with HaO getting a lower CD. that’s Resounding Timbre being awesome. but the shouts at baseline need to be useful. without an overhaul on some shouts, they wont be competitive utilities.

Agreed that Guard needs to be baseline. I’d kill to see F1 turn into a toggle attack on/off on the targeted enemy and see F3 turned into Guard.
