PvE:
Jaguar: Use for single target fights
Jungle Stalker: Use for single target fights and when your party is not reaching 25 might
Red Moa: Use when your party does not have perma fury
Ice Drake: Use for trash and multi target fights
A few others have niche roles, but those are the 4 I rotate between the most. You can use birds instead of cats if you like as well.

Depending on how you trait will affect how much damage your pet deals. I run a Jaguard in a 0 25 0 15 30 traitline specialised on proccing might to pet and dealing indirect damage and my pet deals his 3k auto attack. Considering i do my own 2ks i can prety much say we do around 5k per second on AA when fully stacked on might.
Pet arent very apreciated around reguardless of how good they are wich is sad

Don’t dismiss spiders, they immobilize and poison from range. I run snow leopard and desert spider alt. The feline is for single or dual opponents simultaneously while I use the spider when facing a mob.
Drakes have cleave on their autoattack. I take river for the damage on f2.
