How easy is it to get this pet?
I think that depends a lot on your server, but you should be able to get it just be aware of what is going on around you and you should have minimal trouble.
Pets have been hidden due to rising Player complaints.
Look up the juvenile wolf’s location online and be prepared to make a few runs for it. Remember armor repair and WP’s are free so don’t get discouraged. Go with a build optimized for speed and stealth if you can.
Think I am gonna camp the wolf with my bow lol. Really just run there and you will get it.
Yeah I’ve run to it on uplevels without a problem. If you run into a situation where a roamer is guarding the camp near the wolf and he keeps killing you just politely whisper him and let him know you are just trying to get the wolf and will be going back to PvE after that. Most people will be cool about it.
Better yet, grab some of your PvE guildies and organize a WvW night, y’all might enjoy yourselves.

I got mine without encountering anyone. Sometimes it’s just about timing and luck.

Should be fairly easy outside of prime time and even during prime time you can just try to squeeze in as much mobility as you can get ’n it should go smoothly. Good luck!

This pet is tamable in EB not far away from ogre camp… I’d say, it’s just super easy to get.
No core profession should be balanced around an optional elite specialization.

alpine wolf is kinda lame. If you are going to take a dog you take wolf. If you are going to take two dogs its wolf/hound. Id wrather take owl for chill and dps. Can also take polar bear if you want tank and icy roar but its meh.
Ok.I see the Owl is good my raven doesn’t seem to be that bad as an alternate.I do need to charm those two.
