Well I am still a little confused exactly what regen boons we actually have. I mostly use Troll Ungeant which I now know isn’t a regen.
My healing tick with Dwayna set complete is 960/tick (Troll Ungeant).
Heal as One is a 6939 hit.
Healing spring is 5339 or at 31/2s 3283 per tick.
My healing power is at 419.

My current healing are ticks of 86+142.
Sig of Wild + Natural Healing.
300 Healing stat.
Dunno how people are getting so much more.
Depends on how you’re specced. But if you spec for max healing + pet toughness and signet effectiveness, your bear can literally solo champions. 30 points in Beastmastery’s 30-point skill {XII} Natural Healing + Signet of the Wild + Signet of Stone when specced with full Cleric’s + Sapphire = LOL. Your bear can just faceroll mobs.
I’m not kidding. My friend had that build for a while, and I watched him as he AFK solo’d a Champion Ice Wurm. Some elementalist rolled in out of nowhere and the boss killed him. All the while my friend’s bear (named Sir Tank ‘n’ Spank, lol) keeps going like nothing happened. I just hit the boss once to get credit for killing him, but I just watched for the most part.
If by some freak chance your bear actually dies, you can just switch to your other bear. Lol.
Bad part is with this build your DPS is abysmal. On the plus side, your bear is a living, walking, breathing fortress of lulz.

Basically, healing spring provides a regeneration boon while you stand in it. Regeneration stacks duration, so if you stand in it for a long while, you’ll get regen for a huge duration. If we add in other things to improve the regen duration, we can get it to be long enough that we’ll still be regenerating by the time healing spring comes off cooldown.
So, 100% uptime on regeneration. I Hope that helps.

Armor runes and + boon + regen duration. trait +33% +10% from Nature line, +20% 2 rune bonus = +63% duration – total duration of healing spring regen stacks if you get all 6 is 18 seconds plus 63% is 29.34 second duration. You can get over 30 using other 2 rune bonuses or 4 rune bonuses or more points in nature line if you want.
If you want to test numbers go to HOTM and get the free gear runes and test specs. You will need to fight the combat training sparring NPC’s as they will damage you to see your healing tic’s. Unfortunately combat log doesn’t track the healing.

Let’s first forget about healing and all the other happy stuff you are trying to do in PvP. It doesn’t matter. Your initial question was how much of a difference you would see with new gear. The simple answer is LOTS. You need to gear for what you will be doing out there. Your gear and your traits should match what it is you are trying to accomplish out there. In PvP, survivability stats like vitality and toughness are just as important as + healing if you are not trying to be a pure damage ranger, and by “pure damage ranger” I mean bad.
