I am wondering if there is a tric or some traits you use to let your pet crit insane high.

I see wolfs can do like 12k + crit on celestial amulets.
and drakes can do 8.5k +.

Remorseless/Opening Strike ( +25% dmg and guaranteed crit) + Signet of the Wild ( +25% dmg) + Hilt Bash/MoC/Signet of the Hunt ( +50% dmg) + Sic Em ( +40% dmg) + some might and vuln stacks from SotP/Axe Auto etc. …
Drakes can crit for more than 24k with tail swipe.

Use mainland axe and nature magic line to get fortifying bond.

This will stack might on your pet with every hit.

Then use a bird and use their f2 for a big burst.

Profit!

One way I managed to get around 17K crit with my pet was going into PvP zone right next to the bunch of AoE Gollems. Take Longbow, a cat:

~ Cast Rampage as One
~ Proc Companion’s Might via Barrage and Apply Rapid Fire for +10 vuln to your main target, should get to 25 stacks easily in a matter of second
~ pop Signet of the Wild, Sick’Em, Signet of the Hunt (same effect as Moment of Clarity), Stalk
- Enjoy your Critical hit

Mine was 13K into immortal heavy armored Gollem.

25,6k tail swipe on light golem without max vuln …

Too sad, those skills are not more reliable :/

bigest for me has been tail swipe with drake like 23k, and that was with the buff mentioned above alongside Hilt bash dmg buff from GS
