Going to film another Technobabble movie I think.

I’ve had 2 1v1’s so far.

One against a Mesmer who i popped for 9k with Maul then quickly crapped on him, and another against a Ranger I just 3 shot with Great Sword.

The fact that i only have to wait 48 seconds on Signet of the Wild is pretty kitten nice.

This opens up a fairly good option as a Build goes.

What build is this you’re using?

Technobabble build, It’s weaker in 1v1 then bunker, and 1vsX, its better if you’re zerging though.

Still, some people you can just lock down and they can’t do anything.

any changes in the build? 8D

Yes I am really torn between Marksmanship, Skirmishing, Wilderness Survival and Beastmastery now.

Marksmanship offers a great DPS increase with guaranteed crits and the signet build.

Skirmishing combines 2 offensive direct dmg stats in one line and has great minor traits. I still like moment of clarity even if it is not that strong for a grandmaster trait. Wish it would proc on pet interrupts aswell, it actually should.

Wilderness Survival still offers the most sustain and valid condition removal.

Beastmastery increases pet damage by 30% and makes them very tanky.

Yeah the marksmanship signet build is a lot of fun. Signet of Stone is great for survivability and has interesting choices for either the pet or the ranger himself. Signet of the Wild is great for burst and Signet of the Hunt has been good since they buffed the movement speed but traiting it and comboing it with things like Jaguar stealth, SotW, Rampage as One etc really helps the burst. It’s a whole new build type I don’t think rangers really had before. It’s probably one of the more fun ranger builds and interestingly enough, all the utility skills work for both the ranger and the pet (something the class really needs to do more often).

30 Marksman/30 Skirmishing/5 Wilderness/5 Beast is what i’m running on the build right now.

I’m thinking if you see a 2v1, you should switch to Signet of the Stone over Technobabble.

Technobabble is so incredibly powerful though in a 1v1 against some people..You can basically just lock someone down while you kill them.

Signet of the Stone though would help a ton… But yea Signet Builds right now are way better then they use to be now that the cooldowns have dropped.

That’s what I’m running right now, but I don’t have access to technobabble. It’s a great build in conjunction with the greatsword thanks to traited signets and attacks of opportunity, and very nice with longbow as well.

Yea, Technobabble might not even be comparable to Signet of the Stone right now, since Signet of the Stone has a much lower cooldown

why 5BM? the 2 second zepher doesnt seem too great after quickness nerf =/

Alright for stomping, and some small quick burst, you could probably do without it though.

Honestly if i’m not running technobabble, I’m running 30/20/20 as its a far better build now
