-Sorrow’s Furnace-
I like GS/LB personally.
try , Gs , Axe+D great for power , might , evades + buffs pet and gives defence a all round Great build for Power/precison/condi types ether way with this you can always spend your points in marksman/skirmishing+Nature magic , if your gear is power/condi/toughness focused.
then gs gets the power and axe+pet gets the might buffs and condis.
then the Skirmishing provides more Might on crit and critical damage .
should let you level very well and its not too unforgiving.
the swoop>dagger evade combos make it even more fun if your at a world event and have to gtfo.
For ultimate look and feel, i don’t think you can beat sword/dagger. It’s acrobatics galore and looks really neat as you dance and leap all around the target. A close second is axe/axe, in a mad axe dancer kind of way, throwing them left right and centre. And traited whirling defense on a max sized norn is a thing of beauty. <3
Save the Bell Choir activity!
longbow and greatsword are fun if you liked seeing big numbers
axe is cool if you like seeing lots of numbers
sword is good if you like to dance all around your target (though the rooting might make it seem more clunky than other weapons tbh. more of a personal preference imo)
For fun loving up:
Gs, maul makes you feel like a beast!
And swap:
Axe & warhorn or Axe, bouncy aa and split blade, then either whirling axe attack or calling hawks onto your foe!
Lb is so op against ai its boring.
GS with Sword or Axe mainhand as second set. With Axe offhand.
LB was boring as hell leveling.
Learn to Sword early and you’ll be rewarded.
If you want most optimal in terms out pure power, then GS + LB.
If you want coolest looking, then GS + LB. Or any combination of weapons, really.
Moral of the story: GS skills looks /really/ cool, and LB is LB. I’m biased.
