But some the visuals of the staff needs more umph and maybe bigger animations, they look less then other classes, I do not think they are bad just a little small but I have not played it so maybe it will feel different when you play it, but celestial form looks awesome. Being the only true healing class will make rangers very useful. I think this was needed.
And if you guys watch to the end of the video he talks about how he reads forums in his spare time and will focus on balancing the ranger better and etc.
