Still seeking advice.

There’s not much advice I can give on a BM build, but one thing to be aware of is that companion’s might applies one stack of might for one second.
Carnivorous appetite will help you keep the jaguar alive while you build stacks on master’s bond since every attack it makes from stealth will be a crit, so you might want to go with that instead.
Changing to ruby orbs and knight’s earrings with berserker jewels should let you squeeze out a little more damage and more stat points overall.
Why replace mastersbond with shout mastery in dungeons? Masters Bond makes it A LOT easier to keep your pet up (an additional 200 to all stats is quite amazing), not to mention that with proper micro and pet management you can keep that mastersbond running at 25 stacks pretty easily in all dungeons (with some exceptions like Jade Maw because he’s a kittenING kitten).
Overall i’m not really sure what you’re wanting from the build, you say that you want to be providing benefits to your pet via crit, but you’re not really doing anything of the sort, you’d probably wanna change your sigils and/or runes if you were wanting to do that.

My plan with replacing Masters Bond with shout mastery was to reduce the cooldown of Search and Rescue, depending on whether or not i felt the group needed it.
I do need help with the sigils & runes though, as i mentioned, i wasn’t sure what to use, so i just went with placeholders for the time being, any advice on what sigils & runes i could be using?

Be careful there is only one trait in the skirmishing line which triggers from YOUR crits:
Companion’s Might
Grants 1 stack of might for 1 second.
The critical hits must come from the Ranger.
Critical hits coming from the pet have no effect.
Pet’s Prowess
Gives pets 30 critical damage when in combat.
Carnivorous Appetite
This trait heals your pet when it critically hits an enemy.
This trait benefits off the pet’s healing power, not the player’s.

Aaaaaah ok, Personally, i’d probably go with either Sigils of Ice (2s Chill), Sigils of Water (healing), or Sigil of Frailty (10s Vuln) if your goal is to support your pet. I’d -probably- do the Frailty if you’re going for a damage build in PvE, if you’re in PvP the chill would probably be better.
And if you plan on reducing the CD on S&R that is totally worth dropping MB, just making sure you weren’t dropping it because you were thinking you wouldn’t be able to keep it up.
