Guild Wars 2

From my experience this trait has never worked.

I tried it briefly and it seemed to work fine..although the 10sec ICD is lame..it should work every time you roll imo. or if they want the 10 sec cd it should be independent on poison and blind.

ill try it again tonight and see if its broken

Yes it is, doesn’t do anything currently, report as bugged.
