Guild Wars 2

I was going to use long bow in zergs, but how good is greatsword out there? I mean you get the Stab, Slice, Stab/Evade for your auto… some pretty good single target attacks… how good is a Ranger with Greatsword out there?

The main reason to use Greatsword in WvW is for mobility in my opinion. Swoop (#3) is almost on par with the elementalist’s Ride the Lightning ability. It can dish good damage to a cluster of enemies and #4 is great vs theives and for escape, but you will need another weapon for reliable single target dps.
