Or does it seem that more people tend to post there issues with the Ranger profession in this subforum, very often in the form of attacks with little or no attempt at all in the appearance of constructive discussion?

The only reason I really am bring this up is there is thread in the pvp subforum that the author of stated that he placed it in the wrong place.

At least while it existed there were some attacks on other profession as well. Right now the warriors have martyr complex and the necros are just a few steps from cutting themselves for example, but anymore it isn’t normal not to see attack the Ranger profession.

The Balance forum was great. It was keeping all the “OMG SCISSORS FINE BUT PAPER IS OP PLZ NERF. THX DEVS, ROCK.” threads into their own little purgatory. It’s overflowing now…

Not so sure about an overflow only things I’ve noticed has been most of the nerf threads are usually directed at ranger (often here in this subforum) with the exception of complaint about the cele stats in spvp and turrent engineer.

It could also be that the majority of people focus on other profession have not quite given up on hope that their plea for improvement will go unanswered. Hope they get ‘big changes’.

Its because Glassbow ranger is outside of what people had to concern themselves with for 2 years and they don’t want that to change. They don’t want to change, they just want their free loot bags old rangers back.

I can see that. I recently had block a turret engineer, who was way too angry and every other statement was an issue with ranger followed by some assumption about my orientation.

You should see the PvP section. Plenty of threads there with titles such as “Nerf LB Ranger!”, “Rapid Fire shoudln’t track through stealth!”, “Nerf LB range!”

I’ve reached enlightenment and never comment on such threads anymore,it doesn’t contribute to anything but more whining.

I’ve come to the conclusion that people who complain like that is actually people who don’t know how to play. Seriously.

Thieves tend to forget that all channels work that way I can only guess that it partially a response to reveal being added to a ranger skill a while back so they are fixated on the profession being nerfed.

As much as I would like to think ignoring them will make them go away I feel that if those kinds of threads receive no resistance the developer might just give them what they want to shut them up.
