BM remorseless used to be a thing. Not sure if it still works.
For PvE it goes … something like … this ? (for soloing and roaming it’s better to go with Sick’Em rather than Frost Spirit)

I might have got rusty but I think the builds were similar to this. Make adjustments to your playstyle – these are only templates.

Yes it is viable in fractals, I do it myself. Just remmeber that no matter how bais you and me are to sword, you have to bring Gsword or even a bow to some fights
Form a pvp point, I mostly play melee and like it. Whilst you could and i some times do go duel melee i think melee-staff is better and more pratical. Also with the new boon duration amulats melee has more survivl ability due to extra protection up time.
Last night i was using GS-staff NM, BM and druid with the new amulate with minor boon duration and earth runes using protect me and some signets. Worked quite well. I want to give sword-wh a go with wh buffs to see how efective that is
