But really. I want a good proffession. I’ve done Engineer and Thief and Engineer feels like I don’t do enough damage, and thief feels like I die too much. Is the Ranger fun?

Ranger does more damage than engineer and is far harder to die than thief. I’d say ranger is the easiest class to level with since you have a pet to tank for you. But fun.. well if I wanted to I could watch tv and kill mobs via auto-attacking, and the skill animations are very bland compared to every other class. It is a bit sad that the warrior and thief’s bow skills are more exciting to look at.

But it is very hard to die while leveling as a ranger and you kill stuff moderately fast.

More seriously. I like my ranger, got her to 40ish. Pet can be buggy but overall I have enjoyed it. I also suggest warrior and elemenatlist.

If you want a very quick class that does not crit very hard then the ranger is for you. It is the highest dps class in the game and at the same time does not hit very hard.
Expect to run and dps at the same time (kite) alot.

u think u didn’t make enough damage with thief ? try warrior greatsword and if always not just leave this game, Ranger is not for u.
