LF Fractal Build

My guild has recently started doing some fractals daily and I want to join in. I’m looking for a fractal build that works in low levels but can also do well in high level fractals. I’m kinda a noob at PvE, I play sPvP mostly so any advice is appreciated! Thanks in advance!
