from the ranger stream here http://www.twitch.tv/digitalprosports/v/6464322

the silly man hosting sort of scoffed at this but when he was showing LOYF, it was apparent that the condi duration and damage was changed back to +10%. it procced on ANY dodge, not requiring a successful evade. so he was basically just proccing it constantly while dodge rolling.

I don’t know if it’s better than Quickdraw in any situation, BUT what I love about this is that it rewards a certain play style, i.e. evading and dodging a lot.

Seems a bit backward design after all the talk of skillful use of dodge/evades to have a trait function in that way, but a lot of time they say one thing that they are trying to avoid then go right back to making the same/similar ‘mistake*’ somewhere else.

*I call it a mistake only because of their own competes stating something being poorly designed/implemented example being the original venom trait that added a charge and what that meant for them in balance then still making difficult to balance traited compared to untraited.

Pets have been hidden due to rising Player complaints.

i think they changed it from “on evade” to on dodge. so as long as ure dodge rolling in combat.

The trait didn’t read ‘on-evade’ it as/is ‘on-dodge’ which is why I didn’t like it even more. If it was ‘on-evade’ it would be much more useful, assuming the numbers were back up.

If it were ‘on-evade’ it would have had synergy with Primal Reflexes and also with SBs Quick Shot, which gives evade. Rewarding good play instead of just getting it on any dodge.

If it were ‘on-evade’ with a much higher condi duration for the short period, it would be a million times better.
