So I was just casually messing around with a Condition build for my ranger, thought I might give it a try with more Condition duration cause apparently everyone runs around with Lemongrass soup and Hoelbrak runes now…

Was Giver’s not an option for your Legendary stats?

Or are you talking about the difference in stats? That’d be due to Ascended vs Exotic.

Simply, there is no ascended weapon/armor set for givers. This will maybe come with another hivernel.

Yes because as we all know weapon stats are more important than sigils.
