Guild Wars 2

Hey guys, basically I just turned 80 and went and bought myself a load of exotic gear however I feel I might have maken a mistake. So anyway I have heard lots of people recommending the Berserker gear, which I did listen to. I went and bought full Berserker gear but it wasnt until after I realised I bought one which was Berserker Duelist of Citadel then one which was of Grenth and so on. Have I kittened it up by buying separately named sets or am I still good to go?

Next question was could I get a few reccomendations from you experienced ranger into what runes or jewels to buy?

Im also a user of the short bow and if anyone could suggest a bow for me to buy it would be great and best secondary weapon opinions?

Ive asked a lot but any help to anything I have asked would be great.

Suffixes on items are just based on whatever rune is currently in the armor and you can replace those whenever you want.

Berserker is great for W3 if you’re going to maintain distance (which you can’t always do). If you stick with the berserker gear, you’re probably either going to want to just go for it and focus on power, precision, and crit damage with the rest of your gear and runes OR try to add a little survivability with vitality and toughness.

I like the AC leather (power, toughness, vitality) for W3, but that’s just me.

[Edit: In regards to your bow, just find a rare with the stats you like until you can afford an exotic or a legendary. I’d suggest an Air sigil for the shortbow. Your second weapon set can be just about anything, it depends on what you’re going to be doing. I personally always carry around a greatsword, sword, axe, warhorn, and torch.]
