It should have a stealth attack, since we are able to stealth using longbow, it’s a no brainer. I suggest it be a long cast aimed shot that acts like moment of clarity and adds 50% damage. Makes sense right?

Nah I’m in the right section, perhaps you have not realized that stealth skills are not only for thieves, mesmers also now have them, so why not ranger longbow? it makes perfect sense since we can stealth via longbow, why any ranger would be against this truly baffles me.

Uh, no, mesmers do not have Stealth Attacks. What you are thinking of is the Ambush skills they gain when they use their Mirage Cloak, which is not a stealth, but the invulnerability blur that replaces their dodge roll.

Ok fair enough but it’s close enough, the fact that their weapon skill 1 is replaced, just like thieves except when stealthed, so why not now rangers? I think its pretty logical and would add some more depth to longbow play.

Yeah, I agree the LRS could be quite nice with a stealth attack attached to it, we have several sources of stealth now so it would be functional. I actually suggested this several years ago when they made Remorseless refresh after stealthing. That would be a nice inclusion back to Remorseless too.
