After the last balance patch and trait reworks, whats do you think is the best Ranger WvW duelist build?

Im not looking for a zerg build, i want a good 1v1/small skirmishs build. I am looking for POWER BUILDS only. Dont want to play condi cancer.

Can you link me your build and try to “sell” me it?

and look at the brief discussion after. I think Lb/staff druid is most powerful (based on what I’ve seen in wvw since I came back to the game), for many reasons. main one being the huge amount of on-demand stealth. I haven’t been able to theorycraft anything that compares in terms of damage and versatility.

now regarding the changes, they don’t do much for dueling builds imo. the changes will be more useful for the Soulbeast, and you can run a glass zerging build with unblockable berserker Lead the Wind LB + SoH.

Note that the site isn’t up to date to the newest patch so the traits are a bit different in game.

If i know i will face a condi build i change my heal to troll unguent. Still testing out new food/stone combos since they got nerfed but overall its tanky, elusive and still packs a punch.
