Hi there, i am just starting to level my 7th 80 which is a ranger, i love the playstyle of the tank condi spec in pvp, with sword dagger, axe torch. It’s completely my playstyle and will fit in my usual roaming group in WvW, only problem is i have no idea how to start building it, if anyone has a build showing armour and traits ect, that would be extremely helpfull

Something along these lines though it’s been a while since I played it so i don’t remember off the top of my head the optimal setup. Some use more apoth than dire but I found the extra dps to offset the lower healing.

4 might on swap – vigor on swap
Settlers or Apothecary with Bathazar runes
S/d a/t with leeching and geomancy sigils
Wolf + Drake
Healspring (friends can blast or leap through it)(you can too with sword 2 and drake tailswipe)
Sotw/Soth/Sor (Sustain/Movespeed/Remove condis from teamates)
Sun Spirit
Stone Spirit
Spirit Elite
This will serve you well if you like spirit builds. If you will not run spirits for whatever reason try a sotf build with 2-0-6-6-0 or a 2-0-6-0-6 BM condi chill build.
