Guild Wars 2

I have setup two build variations. Everything is the same except the jewelry and Rune choices.

What I’m asking from the community is which build do you think would be better for 1vs1, 1vs2 and small skirmished situations? Column ‘A’ or column ‘B’?

Which do you prefer?
Why?

Definetly A, the only thing B has going for it is a slight increase in survivability with more healing I would rather take the extra damage.
