Lunar Impact (Celestial #3) is bugged
Healing at range with a 120 radius heal isn’t too reliable either. It kind of limits options for ranged healing until it gets fixed.
At least we have (when traited) a 6s daze in kitten cd :p
EDIT: I love how it automatically switches from “5s cd” into kitten
As far as I know, it’s only 3 seconds long, and that can be increased to 4 seconds with Runes of the Mesmer. Where are you getting 6 seconds from? :p

Yeah… but it is not easy to daze foes… as they can evade and block the attack.
Whenever I try, I have around 30% – 40% rate of success, as people move (it takes 0.75 sec) So people will never be 100% of the time dazed.
