Hello Friends I am back and with My alteration of the Melee Druid! I was inspired by two youtubers. Gw2 Fox and also PotatoVeg. Today I am Happy to present My build The Potato-Fox! I hope you all enjoy!

Suddenly I’m not so afraid to make a condi longbow roaming vid.

Nice vid man, some build suggentions:

I think you should change glyph of empowerment to glyph of equality, it made alot of sense in PotatoVeg build because he’s using both the druid rune and the glyph trait, the low CD of this glyph is his source of condi removal(outside DC), also the healing bonus from this glyph stack with his rune(6) bonus and his high healing power for crzy spike healing. Your build take adiffrent approach with food+hoealbark+natural stride to fight thouse annoying necros( very high reduce time on freez and immob, very nice idea) and your healing power is low so no crazy synegie here. Also, potato is using his boar for extra CC source, you can use the equality to fil this role.

2) Consider to change guard with SoS/SOTW, potato is using 2 relatively tanky pets with strong heal support for them, you are using a bird which cant take any punishment, I know you think its another source for might, but i dont think you are getting much value out of it.

Thanks man! I know bird is not all that handy for taking damage, but It is still my favorite pet for the chill and also 5k to 6k critical. and I realize the condition vulnerability. That is why I rely on dagger/sword to avoid the nasty condition burst. If I was to use the druid’s condition clear/blind it would not help in WvW much(IMO), But more for Spvp. The build has a somewhat low Condition cleanse. But that is why I must be easy on using druid form that clears 13 conditions. If anything the build is meant to face tank the conditions as long as I could possibly take off poison first. The build was meant to be intentionally low on the support side and more on the caster’s side even though that was not what its made for…I like glyph of equality, but, I like glyph of empowerment more for the extra 10% to damage on top of my 25% I get from remorseless. Really it is to “fight fire with fire” in a way. and even though I may be weak to a TON of conditions they first have to hit me and then catch me due to my high mobility.
