I’d swap sigil of geomancy for hydromancy. When you need space or just want to slow your opponent down you can just swap to sword, and use #2 to create distance.
I’d swap strength of spirit for nature’s protection to help against burst builds, as this build seems to be aimed at outlasting the opponent and dealing consistent good direct damage.
I’d swap sharpening stone for a signet. Either Renewal for dealing with bleed spam, or cripple/immob/chill, or Stone for invulnerability, or Wild for stability and damage.
I’d swap keen edge for malicious training with CC pets. More cripple, more immob, more fear. Should be very useful on a melee build with sword where you want to control when you/your opponent can hit the other one.

Biggest problem of your build is the lack of movement speed. As a “chaser” with only one real gap closer, you realy need movement speed bonus, your dogs will suffer as well. Not sure about the poison master over EB, SOTF is not always enough condi removal as a pure melle. You might want SOR over sharpening stone, there is an overlap potential between the 2 anyway.
I often run a similar build. I would either swap SS for SotH or drop the drakehound for a bird, and the rest I think is fine. Your movement speed out of combat is fine in your build due to the 3 leaps, but the swiftness or SotH will help you stay on your opponent in combat. You might be a tad low on damage, but you can tweak gear to your liking as you go.
I vote keep strength of spirit over nature’s protection, because you’re pretty tanky to begin with and already have prot on dodge.
You might want to put battle on your sword and intelligence on your GS, since your ferocity is semi high and your crit chance is only 50% with fury. It would help with maul.
Solid advice already here but here’s my 2 cents;
Personally, SotF isn’t my cup of tea but it can work well. I don’t think koi cakes are necessary and I prefer to be a bit glassier. That’s not to say being tanky isn’t effective, it really can be, just so many condi specs are tanky themselves and you really need that extra damage in place of toughness to dent them. Seeing as you don’t use EB, you can choose pretty much whatever pet, but still I find spiders to be the most effective (depending on the opponent) as they don’t die to AoE/cleave, apply plenty of poison and can land painful immobilises. Double energy sigils is good, the others are to your liking. I’d love Evasive Purity if the cooldown wasn’t so bloody long, can work ok against some classes (thieves mainly) but mostly I reckon Enlargement and Two Handed Training (perhaps less so given your fury up-time) are better.
tl;dr – Moar damage, moar speed, less caek.
